We collaborate and build relationships with fire and EMS departments to better understand what training and equipment they are lacking.

This consultative, grassroots approach ensures that NeoHERO's® efforts are precisely tailored to the specific, actual needs of each first responder agency, maximizing the impact of every resource.

Specialized Training & Certification

We provide the hands-on training and certification through the uniquely customized NeoMASTER COURSE™©, or the option of the American Academy of Pediatrics’ Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP). Both certifications require renewal every other year to ensure skills remain current.

By providing first responders with the knowledge, skill, and confidence in neonatal resuscitation, we are equipping them with the most current, evidence-based skills required to save a newborn's life in the critical first minutes.

Equipment Provision

We provide the recommended thermoregulation kits and resuscitation equipment that are neonatal-specific and appropriately sized.

NeoHERO® supplies the crucial, specialized neonatal equipment that local governments often fail to provide, ensuring trainees can apply their neonatal resuscitation skills effectively with the right tools to prevent harm and improve outcomes.

Data-Driven Improvement

NeoHERO® will track progress by collaborating with participating departments through several phases to systematically evaluate their impact.

These records and data collected over time will allow NeoHERO® to conduct systematic quality reviews, better understand further areas of need, and continuously refine the program to maximize its life-saving impact.
