The trademark NeoHERO Foundation™ is owned by the Foundation and may not be used without prior written permission.

5. User Contributions

  • Submissions: Any material, information, or idea you transmit to or post on the Site by any means ("User Contributions") will be treated as non-confidential and non-proprietary. By submitting a User Contribution, you grant the NeoHERO Foundation™ a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, display, and modify such contributions for any purpose related to the Foundation's mission.

  • Responsibility: You are solely responsible for your User Contributions and the consequences of posting or publishing them. You agree that your User Contributions will not violate any law or infringe the rights of any third party.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by the NeoHERO Foundation™. The Foundation has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. 7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

  • Disclaimer of Warranties: The Site and all Content are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
