Today, we crown our first-ever “NeoHERO of the Year”, Tamara Yoder. This award was created to recognize those who act as a bridge between a mission and its impact—and no one has done that more effectively than Tamara.

Our mission is to provide first responders with the expert education, equipment, and resources they need to save lives of newborns. Tamara took this mission to heart, raising funds and generating awareness for the challenges our first responders face every day.

Because of Tamara’s work, more departments now have access to life-saving gear and the high-level training required to face modern emergencies. She hasn't just supported our mission; she has accelerated it.
